On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 3-5 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply (7-15 days). Attention:Because of Covid-19 it can take up to 15 days.

Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

We cannot ship to BO boxes. Please give us your home or company address.

Will I be charged Custom fee?

Normally you will not have to pay the custom fee because we declare the product value in low price.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, the shipping tracking code will come in 3-5 days after order confirmed. (Shipping from factory to HonKong or Guangzhou) .We will update your logistics information in the system, please check your account in time. Usually, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. My tracking says “No information available at the moment”

For some shipping companies, it takes 5-7 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us. In case of major holidays, such as Christmas and Chinese New Year, the logistics may be delayed due to the holiday of the industrial chain and supply chain. But don’t worry, the item will definitely be delivered to you.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.We will update your logistics information in the background, please check your account in time.
